Failure of bikes and failure of app.
Looked at over a dozen bike. Most are not able to be used. Tried to messages customer service. They kept closing that chat after waiting 30 minutes to chat. The one bike I was able to use had a bad pedal and they charged me 2 euro for 30 seconds of use. On WiFi this app simply crashes and nothing happens at all. When selecting phone number there are literally every country available except… Australia and New Zealand. I guess the developers have not discovered them yet. And of course - the code doesn’t arrive so you cannot proceed. They do anything to stop user from using the service. Today i was trying to get to my appointment and I decided to rent a scooter
-First one even though the app said the scooter has power it did not, and power started dropping after few minutes of the ride
-So I borrowed a second one and the glove box was broken and impossible to open
- so i walked to the 3rd one and it didn’t have any helmets and the steering was crooked

I use a wide range of e-mobility vehicles across Europe and Turkey. GO is by far the poorest quality service and vehicles. Only yesterday I encountered two vehicles with either missing or dysfunctional helmets (safety pins ripped apart). Many have broken rear view mirrors etc.. none of these should be available on the app before they’re maintained but they are and when you hire them, it’s either difficult or impossible (in the case of a missing helmet) to end a hire.

I rented a bike, drove 15 minutes, parked, took a photo and stopped a rental, and went home. Possibly some error happened in their app because it’s full of bugs and when I opened the app hours later to rent another bike the previous bike was still under rent. I contacted support and I was told I would be charged the full price and if I’d contact them via email I’d receive a refund. After doing so and making several attempts to get a refund I haven’t received it to this day.Show lessBad user experience in-app
The service is good and fast, but the in-app user experience was very bad, at least on iphone 12. The navigation has an annoying bug that remains for so long without a fix. On iphone 12 you can not tap close button, or go back to previous screen, because the icons are located way too far up top. Considering Go sharing as a modern and user friendly app, i would not expect this kind of odd (and annoying) experience.Show less
