Apps no working
I bought the apps two days ago , it was working a day . It disconnected, and. now when I’m trying to connect it is saying : please go to the mail that we have send to you when buying the apps , to confirm your identity. The only problem is that I have got only one email of apps co dining my buying . And there is no link to confirm. I complaint via the Instagram , of the person who made the apps no answer . I also send a complaint on the website of the apps, no answer. I sent those a message more than a week ago . I’m really pist as I paid £42.99 for an apps which is not working and no one is taking in consideration my problem . I asked the refund to Apple which just answer that is not possible . So I’m block with an apps that I paid and which is not working .
