Great app and programming
I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but I have a coaching background and really love the daily programming, as well as the other prerecorded options on this app. Hannah and Paulo are great.

Hannah and Paulo are talented, down to earth, and inspirational. Their app brings an amazing blend of animal flow, kettlebell work, and traditional body building. The app has an incredible amount of information to help you along your fitness journey. What I love most is being able to have all my equipment in one spot for an incredible workout, without having to bounce around the gym. If you’re craving something new, wanting to leave the gym everyday drenched in sweat, and knowing you put in some hard work, this is for you.

The live workouts are a godsend in the era of working out from home. They're varied, fun and Hannah and Paolo do a great job of going through all the moves clearly. love it when the parents join in!!

So convenient. Fresh workouts every day (plenty of workout). Makes my day being in Hannah and Paulo’s presence. I just wish the swearing could be toned down a little bit. My spirit is sensitive. But I absolutely love HEF TRIBE so much. I want to stay long term.
