  • Don’t download this app if you want to actually use it.

    I loved the body fit app and all the fitness plans it had to offer. So much that I was getting healthier and sticking to a routine… something I hadn’t done in years… until a couple weeks ago when the app all of a sudden wouldn’t work. Mind you I have a PAID subscription. All of a sudden I could not log on despite changing my password numerous times. I reached out to technical support who in turn told me that there was a glitch and they were working on it. Fast forward a few days later and it still hadn’t been resolved. Sure I could make my own workout plan but why am I subscribing to this app and paying for it if I can’t even use it? They offered me a 10% discount on purchases on the website. I don’t want a discount! I want my app to work or to be at least compensated for the money I spent to use an app I cannot use. I just let it go and went on vacation, and when I came back a couple weeks later thought I would ramp up the workouts again…. Only it STILL does not work. And with no explanation. I would like to think in this day and age they could get an app working in a matter of hours… not weeks. I am very disapppointed. I also find it hard to believe that I am the only one having this problem? I have tried reinstalling several times to no avail. I noticed the website isn’t even working correctly. I don’t know how one runs a business this way.

  • Not reliable

    App has been down over a week. I’ve had it for about a year or more and it’s always logged me out and had issues loading, pauses music when opening. The actual app when it works is amazing, but it’s so hit or miss. Now that it’s been down 2 weeks and I’m paying a monthly subscription I reached out to customer service, they say techs are working on it and no estimated timeframe for it to be fixed. Completely ignored my request for reimbursement. Is it expensive? No, but if you’re paying for something and they can’t even keep us updated on what’s going on why pay for it? I’m giving it 3 more days to come back up before I cancel. Trying to give it a chance because like I said the app when up is great for what it is, but not going to pay for it with no compensation and crappy customer service. Multi million dollar company, but can’t keep an app running or diagnose an application issue. Sad.

  • Hardly works

    This is a great app but unfortunately it needs a lot of work. It’s currently been down for 5 days and when I contacted them they just said “the comeback is always stronger than the setback 💪🏼”.
    I found a forum online about this app and the conversation made me realize that this happens every few months. Why pay for an app that’s not consistent and doesn’t give any warnings about updates so people can write down their workouts?
    Today I’m deleting that app and found and new workout app called CBUM FITNESS.
    Hope they get this figured out and can keep
    It working because it really has potential.
