Helm Tag integration.
Helm Tag Mode: Specifically designed for sub 35ft motor vessels using OLAS as a wireless engine cut off system.
1 OLAS tag can be calibrated as a Helm tag. When the tag goes out of your chosen range the engine will cut out. This unique capability means the tag can be setup to stop the engine if you fall in the vessel or extended to only cut out when you leave the proximity of the vessel.
The Helm tag can leave and return to the vessel without setting off a continuous overboard alarm. This significantly enhances the user’s ability to disconnect and reconnect seamlessly.
Helm tag should ONLY be used when OLAS is being used as a wireless engine cut off system.

Standby Mode integration.
Standby mode allows you to keep your OLAS system running in the background, waiting silently for you to connect your OLAS transmitter.
The OLAS system will remain in Standby throughout power cycles.
When the system is in Standby mode the hub will NOT give the ‘no tag’ connected warning when it is powered up.
Standby mode can ONLY be activated if tags are not being tracked.
Standby mode will be automatically deactivated when an OLAS transmitter is brought into range.

Description of OLAS
The Exposure OLAS mobile App tracks OLAS transmitters (OLAS Tag or OLAS Float-On) around your vessel ensuring all crew, family, kids and pets are safely onboard. If the virtual tether between phone and transmitter is broken OLAS will trigger a high-volume alarm and store the GPS location to aid in fast recovery of person or pet who has gone overboard. Compass format is used to direct back to the stored GPS point of loss. If a swift recovery is not possible the location is automatically input into a VHF man overboard script to aid in concise information transfer to the emergency services.
SOLO MODE will automatically send an SMS to a designated mobile phone (GSM signal required) if the alert is not cancelled within a set amount of time.
The App can track OLAS transmitter in 3 ways:
1. Tracking the signal directly from upto 6 OLAS transmitter creating a system suitable for any vessel upto 40ft.
2. Tracking upto 15 OLAS transmitters and full function control of the OLAS Core, a 5V USB hub, creating a system suitable for any vessel upto 50ft.
3. Tracking upto 15 OLAS transmitters and full function control of the OLAS Guardian, a 12V wired hub which acts as a crew tracker and engine kill switch.

• Customise the OLAS transmitters name
• Check OLAS tag battery status
• Enable/Disable cut-off switch for individual OLAS transmitters
• Enable/Disable OLAS transmitters
• Pause all tracking
