Loving it!
Love the program, but not so much the app. There isn’t an easy way for newbs like myself to track progress regarding what I’ve already done. Looking at recent is ok, but you should be able to mark things as done and see that visually. Also, app doesn’t work on Apple TV with the latest iOS.
App needs an overhaul
This app needs to be “proofread”. It’s ambitious but its usability is poor. The most egregious problems right now are 1 introductory video with no sound, o and another introductory video and the “flowcademy” “start here” courses only working if you press DIRECTLY on an invisible play button in the center of the video. It took installs on 3 devices before I realized that it’s not that the video isn’t working, it’s that you have to click ONLY an invisible button to run the video. Stuff like that is amateur and leaves a poor first impression. I was ten seconds away from trying to write a “help” ticket email

Great new approach to working out
I feel like the app interface could do with a bit of a polish, but the content is outstanding. High quality video and audio, and loads of content to work through. Really enjoying this.

£180 every YEAR!! Your 5star reviews look made up as well. Sure you’d get more people subscribing if it wasn’t £180 a year!!! Or at least have a free trial period so people can work out whether £180 a year is worth it (answer- no app is worth £180 a year). I’ll watch all the flow instructional videos for free on YT.

Life changing
Animal flow as an activity and lifestyle is amazing in itself. The app is superbly structured from the instructional areas to the variety of flows and classes.
I also like the fact that there is a new flow posted every week.
For anyone new to AF, it’s really worth paying attention to the introduction and following the recommended tutorials. Once you learn the moves properly, the flows are much more beneficial.

Videos are great quality but app is let down by crashing playlists
There is a bug in the app with playlists, Problems: 1) there’s no way to ‘play’ the whole playlist, eg like a YouTube playlist, you can’t click ‘play’ once and watch the whole playlist. This is a problem because I have created many many playlists covering most of the content in the app into interesting playlists i want use as follow along sessions 2) when you ‘play’ an item in a playlist and click ‘next’ to move to the next item, the whole app crashes. When i then reopen the app i have to navigate back to the playlist and find the item i was on, move to the item manually and press play. It’s very tedious doing that through an entire playlist. Especially if you are Chrome casting to a bigger screen eg in your living room to practice. Can the crashing at least be fixed? It’s pretty fundamental to the app being a good experience for the end user. I also think the way you chose items to add to a playlist could be vastly improved so you can quickly drag and drop items in and make up a session very quickly. Another issue is on the desktop versrpkaykists are in a completely random order. On the app they are in reverse date order but it would be good to be able to sort them.

Good instructions and movements
I’ve purchased and gone through a few predominant “animal” movements courses. I find Animal Flow has the clearest and best instructions for movements. This aids in progress and avoiding injury. I also find these movement to be restorative for ankle, shoulder, and back problems I’ve developed over the years, whereas other exercise regimens feel like they’re beating me up.
