I am 46 year old single mom of three and haven’t worked out consistently in 8 years. I really love that this workout is natural to the body and doesn’t require a lot of equipment. I am on the beginners selection and on day three. The workouts are simple and fun KNOWING, and the key is knowing, I will move more and more like Leo does as I keep pushing myself. I want free body movement without back pain or any other pain. I am also combining this with a loose nutritarian diet with some meat. These both have helped a lot in just three days. I found Leo on Instagram and decided to do his workouts to help me with my pop ups in surfing. I have done so many different types of exercise programs online and many annoy me due to teachers voice, the music being too crazy, loud or distracting or too much equipment needed. Leo’s workouts are super fun, different and accessible. There is clear progression and I like that he offers minimal instruction yet the structure of progression allows you to easily pick up what’s going on. This is one app I won’t be giving up on anytime soon.Show lessLove it!
Love these workouts! Very challenging. I have been focusing primarily on heavy weights and progressive overload for a year now and started incorporating Leo Moves1-2x a week about a month ago. I am already noticing a difference in my balance, flexibility and all over tone as well as increased strength. Some of these moves are a workout for my brain too 😆Show less
