I am 46 year old single mom of three and haven’t worked out consistently in 8 years. I really love that this workout is natural to the body and doesn’t require a lot of equipment. I am on the beginners selection and on day three. The workouts are simple and fun KNOWING, and the key is knowing, I will move more and more like Leo does as I keep pushing myself. I want free body movement without back pain or any other pain. I am also combining this with a loose nutritarian diet with some meat. These both have helped a lot in just three days. I found Leo on Instagram and decided to do his workouts to help me with my pop ups in surfing. I have done so many different types of exercise programs online and many annoy me due to teachers voice, the music being too crazy, loud or distracting or too much equipment needed. Leo’s workouts are super fun, different and accessible. There is clear progression and I like that he offers minimal instruction yet the structure of progression allows you to easily pick up what’s going on. Love these workouts! Very challenging. I have been focusing primarily on heavy weights and progressive overload for a year now and started incorporating Leo Moves1-2x a week about a month ago. I was looking for a program to help me gain strength and mobility back after pregnancy/delivery. Only a week in and I already feel the benefits of the beginner program and the stretching. I feel a greater sense of mobility in my hips, back, and shoulders while gaining strength in my wrists, abs, and legs. The videos are easy to follow and quick to add into a busy schedule. The exercises are easy enough that I can complete them all but hard enough that I break a sweat and feel the burn. At 47 years old, I was concerned that this might be too ambitious for me, but it truly is scalable for any level and the beginner workouts are a great fit for any starting point. I’m feeling better and better every day. My favorite thing is that you can do these workouts anywhere, indoors or out, even the tiniest hotel room with no equipment. I actually look forward to these workouts. They are just long enough to get my heart pumping and my joints limber, but also short enough to squeeze into my busy schedule, which I love! I also love how it’s a total body workout, so I feel balanced and never overworked in a specific area.

3rd day suing this app to work out and it’s amazing. Even if it’s 30 minutes or 40 minutes, it’s very affective and you get a great workout. Signed up for a month but seems like I might have to sign up for 6 months or a year. Please add more work along videos. Thank youDeveloper Response

I first came across Leo’s move on IG and was blown away by the strength and flexibility. I tried the ‘how to start ‘ moves and have since moved to the app. I love that you see the next move as the current move is ending. Love the styles of the workout and overall diversity of exercises! Only issue: some workouts are not hard enough, so I have to go through every excessive and change it to the harder option. This gets old when you have to do it all the time. It would be cool if there was a way to change the baseline so that the workouts were always the harder versions and then I could make them easier when needed. Also it would be cool if there were more workouts that incorporated resistance bands as the sole equipment needed!! I like this app for workouts when I’m away from home/gym. In those cases I won’t have access to most equipment, but resistance bands are so packable I can bring them anywhere.Show lessDeveloper Response
