If you use this app. Never update
Every update deletes your data. Had saved over 100 pedals that I own in favorites. All pedals and pedalboards layouts I saved are all gone. Last time I’m ever using this app.Dune736

I used to love this app
The update killed it. It’s not even the same app now. Even from aside from the new bugs that got introduced, the app has become less user friendly. Controls aren’t nearly as intuitive as before.
I think there’s some good ideas and I’m happy they’re trying new things but I would’ve rather seen them build upon what they had before rather than scrapping it and replacing it with what we have now.
I’m sure it will get sorted out but for now it’s a meh…Show lessNoahbfreeman
New Update Is Terrible
When the new app released, all of my saved boards for years were deleted with no warning. App was never amazing, but it was simple and really helpful when planning new boards or even potential pedal purchases.
The new UI is so bad it feels like a prank. Nothing is simple, the command icons are unintelligible, and the board is always off center and zoomed weird. Don’t bother setting up the “routing” option because swapping out pedals after is pointless. Searching for new pedals is hard because the search box blocks almost all of the images from displaying. Loading a board and deleting a board are VERY easy to mix up.

New Update Sucks
Used to be able to adjust pedals without worrying about the board moving around the screen. But guess what they made happen?
Wouldn’t be so awful if it could be turned off and sit stationary - but now the board can be moved out from under the pedals just by bumping the screen.

From mediocre to unusable
The old version of this app was not great, slow, missing a lot of options… but it worked. Now my old saved layouts are gone, the interface became more complicated, layouts take forever to load, and often don’t load at all. The search menu blocks the visuals of the pedals you’re looking for, the favorites option is gone, you have to very slowly re-center the board every time you add a new pedal. You have to name every single saved file, and again, it won’t even load, so good luck.
This was the “best” pedal planner on mobile. Which was a low bar, but manageable. Now I’m deleting it from my phone because it’s simply an exercise in frustration now.Show lessSkuzzlord

Who approved this new version? AWFUL. Been using the Planner app for years and loved it. So simple. This new one is garbage. Please revert back to what it was.Unchained81
