Could you please add a map of China? I have paid for the basic functions but got nothing, cause I live in China, this app doesn’t have the Chinese map.

Amazing! No really….
I read all the really poor reviews on this app and was really disappointed after spending so much on a SDR Evo. I’ve just come back from a 2000 mile ride in Spain with my great friend on his Ducati V4. selecting no motorways and twisty roads found some of the best roads I’ve ever ridden in my entire life (I’m 61 biking for 40 years) and that is no kidding for some reason Spain only has a few cars and lorries the roads are empty apart from a few cyclists and not a pothole in sight 100 mile an hour sweeping Road just blew me away. I even managed to get the navigation directions on the bike screen which the dealer couldn’t do for me.
I get the impression previous versions of this app have been terrible, but it looks like KTM have listened because I have zero complaints …. not one! for it to work you have to connect your phone to the bike and your headset wireless ideally to the bike think of the bike as the central hub then run KTMconnect on the phone and it just works….Show lessCharlie Spooner
Features locked behind paywall
This app has many of the features it should, but ONLY if you pay a monthly subscription. Many of the useful things are locked behind a subscription paywall that many other companies such as BMW provide for free.
$9 a month is ludicrous for some of these features but KTM has proven they like to nickel and dime with their bike packages also.Show lessMadMagpul
Absolutely garbage!
Ktm, enough with the overpriced technology! We've already paid a hefty sum for our bikes, so there's no excuse for charging us extra for additional features. It's time to prioritize customer satisfaction and stop trying to swindle us with unnecessary tech packs and subpar maps.jono654
Ktm duke 390 sat nav
I bought a Ktm duke 125 and when I took the bike for it’s service I was told the sat nav won’t work on a 125 duke and needs to be a 390 or bigger for the app to work for the sat nav so I bought a 390 duke and purchased the app and the app still won’t work for the sat nav so I was told lies from the Ktm dealership so no I don’t recommend the app at allShow lessWayne1977
2021 now supported
App has been updated so that 2021 models are supported. Thank you developers. Earlier review below. Oh so the 2021 models will be added for the spring riding season. What about those down under, some of us have the benefit of riding all year round. Bought a new bike yesterday just so happens to be a 2021 plated model and the vin is not supported. Time to delete this app. The bikes are fantastic absolutely love my KTM’s. Love the KTM rally’s.Show lessVern987654
