Photography is very misleading!
I recently purchased a ring at one of their auctions and was quite shocked when it arrived in the mail. The photos on the auction page were so magnified that they look nothing like the actual item. I can appreciate some magnification for detail but to not add a more exact photo of the item is very deceiving. Very disappointed.

Poor notifications
I don’t understand why there is no notification of someone outbids me. I’m not even sure whether I was unsuccessful or not with my bid. This app is confusing and not as easy to use as other auction apps.

No updates
Doesn’t seem to send updates when you are outbid. Also auction I formation re collection doesn’t appear on items now. It may be that I am a new user and simply haven’t found the right section of the app but it’s certainly not intuitive.

It happened several times. After entering a new bid within the last minute - an extra minute was added When it says it’s finished - it’s not. It was a con!
