Lots of room to improve for an online only company
I’ve used the iconic for years and love the delivery timelines and return policy of the company. The app itself, however leaves me frustrated. Constantly lagging and crashing so you are half way through a search that you then abandon without finding what you are looking for, or purchasing. Being able to swipe more photos from search results has been a good improvement and is one new thing I like about the app. Would be great to build on that by reducing results to one colour so there’s less to scroll down the page, with the ability to select and scroll through colour options from the results page if that’s at all possible. Loosing your current search by accidentally clicking somewhere else or the app crashing is extremely annoying - would be amazing to return to your last search or save search filters. Filtering also doesn’t quite seem to hit the mark with some seeming to be considered mists and others optional without the user knowing.
