Sizes are too big or too small
The app is similar to the website, but it doesn’t specifically say a UK or US size but I guess they’re all US sizes. It might say a US size but it either fits like UK or a US size and if it fits like a UK size its too small and then if it fits like a US size it’s too big. There is nowhere where we can put reviews on the app. There is no email on the app either. I guess that’s on the website. Also the models look skinny but it says they are wearing a size 10, which is like a large or a medium And they look about my size and I’m pretty skinny.
Usually when I order the size it’s either too small or too big or it just looks wonky or it fits wonky. clothes are good quality. I just feel like they should fit better. The order number does not work on the tracking site when it asks for the reference. There’s nowhere where we can chat on the website or the app or send an email. We have to go through Social. hopefully they can fix their issues with the app and tracking site so it could be a smooth return process and they can restock so that I can re-order the things again in a different size.Show lessjulia$);
Great selection of dresses. App could use improvement.
Love the selection of dresses and sizes. The cost of shipping and returning is rough. I’m paying 10 to ship it and another 7 or 8 if I have to return. I pay nothing for this on most other sites. It will eventually stop me from ordering. I fall between sizes and often need to order a few to get the fit right.
The app/site does not allow you to see what sizes are available until you push an item through to your cart. It’s only another click but a weird annoying design flaw. The lack of reviews and most importantly lack of buyer photos wearing the dress makes it harder to order the correct size therefore costing me more in shipping and returning.Show lessShannyMac3T0
Expensive shipping and returns
I have ordered from Boohoo three times. The quality of the clothes is good. Especially for the price. My orders arrive on time. Not super fast, but not slow either. I’m happy with the delivery times. But it’s the only place I order from that I have to pay shipping! It’s $11 to Chicago! Then returns are not free. It’s $6 from Chicago. You have to pay the $6 first with your credit card before you can get the return label. My last order I ordered 3 dresses. Returned them all. So I got nothing but I am out of $17 for shipping fees. There are no reviews on the clothes. And the sizing is off. The size chart they provide is not good. I think the chart starts at a US size 4. However some clothes they sell are a US size 0. How do I know the measurements of a US size 0 and 2 since it’s not on the chart? I ordered 3 size 4 dresses. Two of them I loved. One size 4 was to small and one size 4 was to big. Had there been reviews maybe I could have changed my sizes. The third dress fit but was not as good quality material and I did not care for it. It’s unfortunate that shipping costs is both ways.
