Poor customer service and refund process
I purchased a few items which had a delivery ETA for 7-10 days. On the 10th day, nothing had come, no updates, I spent the new week talking to customer service regarding my missing parcel, which the proceeded to tell me to wait another week, so I did, again nothing arrived with no updates.
I then asked them again which they stated I’ll be eligible for a refund if the products don’t arrive in 2 days, 2 days later nothing arrived so I requested a refund, for them to tell me that I need to wait another week and they can’t give me a refund.
Very poor service, going back on their word and still no product till this day.Show lessGreat
Fantastic Quality Products💯✨Decent products false advertising
This site/app has good deals (usually) and decent clothes. But the prices and offers are almost always inconsistent. You can see a shirt 1 day for full price and then it will be 50% off the next. They also have “deals” that push you to buy more for faster shipping, but then don’t give those options or exclude it from Your cart side to a few or even 1 item. These tricks and false advertising should be stopped and a class action lawsuit should be filed (again). Things that can be cleared up with a partial refund or at the least acknowledgment of a false claim on their end. So far I’m very displeased with how this app is being run.
