Poor customer service and refund process
I purchased a few items which had a delivery ETA for 7-10 days. On the 10th day, nothing had come, no updates, I spent the new week talking to customer service regarding my missing parcel, which the proceeded to tell me to wait another week, so I did, again nothing arrived with no updates.
I then asked them again which they stated I’ll be eligible for a refund if the products don’t arrive in 2 days, 2 days later nothing arrived so I requested a refund, for them to tell me that I need to wait another week and they can’t give me a refund.

Decent products false advertising
This site/app has good deals (usually) and decent clothes. But the prices and offers are almost always inconsistent. You can see a shirt 1 day for full price and then it will be 50% off the next. They also have “deals” that push you to buy more for faster shipping, but then don’t give those options or exclude it from Your cart side to a few or even 1 item. These tricks and false advertising should be stopped and a class action lawsuit should be filed (again). Things that can be cleared up with a partial refund or at the least acknowledgment of a false claim on their end. So far I’m very displeased with how this app is being run. BEWARE AUSTRALIANS
Beware! They don’t warn about currency differences. My order came out to $196, after the payment I noticed on my bank statement BoohooMan’s payment was $305. They are not clear about this nor have a currency price difference even though the app literally says Boohooman Australia making Aussies think that they have a base/store here in Aus w/ our price changesShow lessKakashi.S

I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical at first. My teenage son wanted to shop here and I thought it was a scam, But now I’m shopping here you definitely have to look at their size chart but the clothes are good quality and I found some good deals worth spending. I’ll would recommend for now I have shopped 3 times here and each time my expected delivery was sooner than estimated which was a plus seeing it was coming for the UK. Love clothes, but
Been purchasing clothes from them for a while. Love it but I really wish they would add a review section to help others get a better idea of what they may want to purchase. Kinda don’t like most shirts are oversized. Even when I order XS/S the item still seems like a medium or large. Also they should add the color of the item into the “Detail” tab when reviewing. Some colors may seem one way & you get them & they are totally off. Overall, love the fit of the jeans & variety they have, but could definitely use some upgrades in certain areas.Show lessAMack91
Adjustment
Hey brilliant app, however it will be nice if someone can please attend to your apps or website to fix some bugs. It’s not friendly useable as you cannot easily reorder an item previously purchased and order history is not easily visible even if it is out of stock. Keeps erasing my Wishlist
It logs me off regularly and then deletes my Wishlist….. please stop this from happening as I have to go through everything again and re add it back. Other than that I love your store :)Shsieheisbwisbe
