Finally!
At last, an easy to use app for an online store that does fashionable clothes for the plus-size gent. Being a coalman carrying heavy sacks all day alongside years of playing rugby, followed by middle-age and a sedentary lifestyle have built a 4XL bod, and it’s tough to find clothes in my size that look good! BoohooMAN have made it much easier, and I often use this fantastic app as a result. Decent discounts and offers all the time, plus reasonable shipping and fast delivery of quality products, what’s not to like?
I don’t have anything negative to say about it at all. Oh hang on, I do - they charge £1.99 for returns, but that’s the worst thing I can think of 😆Show lessrobbelluk
Worst support ever
I once orderd an item of this website and it was too big for me soo I asked for a refund and they accepted soo I communicated with them and told them I was sending it to them and they agreed to send me the money back so I sent it to them and a couple moths later I look at my bank statement and it turns out that they never refunded me after telling me I could return it I would not get this app and if you still do I would be very careful because I have had multiple very bad refund attempts with this app and none have gone well. I personally have refused to ever buy off this company again as they gave disappointed me too many times now.Show lessEdward’s R
The good and bad
This a great company to buy apparel from, with a wide variety of different styles. I’m always getting compliment about my clothes which solely come from BooHooMAN.
My only issue is that when you’re missing an item, or just need help in general there is no direct way to get in contact with a BHM rep. Maybe it’s intentional so they don’t have to serve their customers but it is a great way to lose business because this has happened to me twice now.Show lessDev244224
My review
I like the app, if has a high quality of clothing with affordable prices. The clothes go up extra size and they’re comfortable to wear. I like the free shipping they offer, I e never had an issue or complaint with my orders, some times they come earlier than expected. I don’t really like how much wishlist goes up to only 10 items total, I like to have a wishlist of clothes without a limit so I wouldn’t find the need to keep searching back. But all around I enjoy the app, it has a variety of clothes and styles to pick from that helps me find what I’m looking forShow lessUniversalSteele1

Although cloths are very good but here are major drawbacks
- Can not cancel the order if you accidentally order (even at wrong address)
- Prices are higher on the website even if you’re buying the same product this is how they scam you if you have the gift card, you can not pay with the gift card in the app but you can pay with gift card on website, so basically you’re paying more for the same product
- if you want to return the item again you have to pay for the return £3.99 for delivery + £2.99 for return

Ok quality for the price they charge. I don’t order unless they have a sale. So far so good but this recent order I’m still waiting for 2nd parcel and no correspondence from tracking.E.Sau
Delivery Time
I did not receive my parcel after 4 weeks after I made the transaction. I messaged the team about it and they asked me to give them 10 more days to look into this. Horrible serviceMrShahin

When I put my orders in the bag last night the discounted clothes were 40% off but a few hours late it has changed to 30% which is frustrating as I’m in hospital and spent hours basically going through all the T-shirts and picking the ones I wanted 14 items in total but now I have had to remove some due to my payment being £30 higher than originally told it’s very disappointing as I love all the designs I pickedShow lessBigizbest
Include reviews from Customers
Boohoo needs to include customer reviews on their clothing and other products. This will help guide the decisions of customers when they are unsure of purchasing products here. In addition, they can include pics of customers wearing their items. Not everyone is like the models and it helps to see everyday people wear the clothes. Improve restocking
I like ordering from this website as they are legit and dependable. Even when an item is not my size and I want to return it they will refund the money in record time. However whenever a highly wanted item goes out of stock, majority of the time that’s the last time you see it. I wish they can be frequently restocking the items and not just it’s now never system.
Also it would be nice include a section on the app on the website where you can tap on an item you want to come back.Show lessP jeffords
