Too many steps to record
Call recorders I've used in the past have automatically started recording calls as soon as you answer your phone or call someone.
This call recorder is not user friendly and requires you to tie up your line so you can’t receive a second call if your recording.
Poor design and I’ve only used this recorder twice although I need to use it every time I speak to a customer, to ensure I get all the correct information.

The old recording is not working
I paid 60 dollars for this, and the recording won’t work after three days; they won’t play
And when I download them, they won’t work either

Where do I begin? This app is a complete scam. It relies A. on people’s laziness to read the terms (which it is not possible to do, as the terms of use (unlike the banner next to it). bit at bottom left of page is just a banner NOT a clickable link) and B. People who have enough money to not worry that they are being charged an exorbitant yearly price for a barely reliable needlessly over complicated app, of which there simpler easier and free better alternatives out there, but you are also charged per caller on the line for them to record the call for you on THEIR SERVERS. After being misled to by them that the app “RECORDS INCOMING & OUTGOING CALLS DIRECTLY ON YOUR PHONE “ Then there all the customers complaints which they hide at the bottom of the customer reviews section because they know people will only read the first few 5or 6 positive ones at the top with the odd 1 or 2 negative ones thrown in therefore getting an unbalanced impression an not bothering to scroll down further to find the mass of complaints and negative views. I could continue for a few more paragraphs but if this is published in its entirety as it is I will be amazed, I don’t think I have ever written a review on something like this in all my years of computer use. But the way this company is using the app to so blatantly scam the money from people by abusing the users and or the purchasers lack of knowledge, ignorance & trust is just shocking.Show lessPirate-Munkee

The Description in the AppStore and the Web site doesn’t mention the cost of the service until the App is Downloaded on the phone ( for Free ) and then discovered 11.99$ per week or 77$ per years. This is too much restrictive because 12$ is too much for me ( per week more than 500$ a year )and i am not ready to give 77$ US plus tax ( if the service maybe 2-3 days trial might not be enough to evaluate the quality or usefulness .Show lessnetvue

Record incoming and outgoing calls, business calls, and personal calls and do much more for me, its handy. I can use it anywhere and everywhere, it just became an all time need.Ian Carr340
