This is a great App for property investors. Lots of opportunities all over the country for use against numerous investing strategies. We’ve had a great experience purchasing a property through the app. You can save huge amounts of time, each deal is analysed for you, but always remember to still do your own due diligence to correctly assess any investment against your particular needs/circumstances.

This app is perfect for for anyone involved in property like myself. It has loads of deals like BMV,HMO’S and R2R it also give you a descriptions of what you could potentially do with the property like refinancing and pulling some if not all the initial investment.
