Best App for Property Investors
This is a really great app for Property investors. In past it was email based, glad its now in a app. Save lot time, most of the calculation accurate.
Bad business practices
I was lining this app until I tried to actually do business with them. I requested to reserve a property and was waiting for further details then 4 days later I’m told it’s sold to someone else! Because they have 3 people in the office! Talk to each other, and frankly if your technology can’t inform you that a property is off the market then it’s not that good. Lost one customer.
