Bad user experience
This app is so bad. You can’t even write a comment on an expense without the keyboard popping up. You’d think with big clients and being a Swiss brand it would operate more professionally.oinge2000

Easy to use & accurate
Easy to use and the AI seems to default the key information. Makes it much faster to submit expenses on the go.
The earlier version was a bit slow but this seems to have been improved with the later versions.Heneffsen
Case Study on Bad Functionality
This app is horrible, not only does it barely function but the core promise of AI supported expenses is a flat out lie.
Would you like to spend hours finding missing receipts that you know you attached, correcting the most obvious mistakes the AI gets? (wrong date, wrong expense category, wrong currency, etc.)
How about a system that is so unintuitive we had to make our own training on how to “game” the system just to make it functional?
I don’t know how they’re connected to UBS, but combine those two and you’re in for some real pain. I just hope whatever kickbacks are going to our executives justifies the hours of wasted time.

The worst I’ve ever used in my life
This program is horrible and not friendly. Crashes on my iPhone all the time. I do not recommend this for anybody and I pity the fool that has it right now, so pity me.hdbcjjxhhs
Horrible UX
The app takes forever to load receipts. The algorithm is really bad at extracting amounts correctly and matching receipts. And the desktop website does not load. A lot of work is needed.audfffff
A lot easier!
This is much easier than what I've had to use in the past. Scan's even the crumpled receits from the bottom of my rucksack with no need to fill in anything else! Love itOnly partially works
My colleagues are using this and have a very different and great interface. Fir me the app does not work. Main issue is that the bottom of the screen does not show so it is not possible to save or submit the expense. Maybe it is because they downloaded from the Swiss App Store and I am connected to the US App Store. We are all running it on iPhones. Why the difference?Show lessearez
