Terrible app
Update, after a further delete and re-install and waiting about 10 mins it has finally launched and allowed me in. Still, not very slick is it.

Waiting for medication approval
This is frustrating and unnecessary and unacceptable
I also get this massage at time of approval after waiting for at least half hour
