Downgraded instead of upgrading

The old version of this app was much better. It seems like the developers have downgraded the app instead of upgrading it.
A lot of bugs and lags also unable to view family members requests and benefits.0 star rating

Unusable

Unable to book an in-person since the latest update. App goes to a white screen and then times out. No response from customer support and going round in circles on the chat.

Useless app

I made an virtual appointment. 3 hours before virtual appointment I tried to open the app. I wasnt able to open the app for one hour it said updating. I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. Now I can’t even open the app I can’t get past logging in my personal information. They took my money for a virtual appointment I wasnt able to attend due to app issues.

A mess

Dreadful. It recognizes me on face but then I have to input all my details to make an appt. And even then it won’t let you put in your phone number! So I have to abandon.

Terrible app

Awful, it never opens and just shows the animated start screen. I have deleted and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. This is not a cheap service and the app should work flawlessly.
Update, after a further delete and re-install and waiting about 10 mins it has finally launched and allowed me in. Still, not very slick is it.

Waiting for medication approval

Why do I have to wait for approval every time i get my three month medication
This is frustrating and unnecessary and unacceptable

I also get this massage at time of approval after waiting for at least half hour

Dear Member: The service requested does not require a pre-approval, the healthcare provider shall review the table of benefit and provide the service if covered.

Software is not up to date

App is not compatible with iphone 14
can not browse back when navigate through it
which render it the useless !
You need to test your app regularly against the OS/Hardware update by Apple

Upgrade

Please, please, please! Do upgrade for your program. Have some mistakes and some error dates, can't read full descriptions! Some laggy! Slow. Make it easy and fresh like Sahty.

Needs to update their network location and numbers

Unfortunately many some of the clinics and optical centers in the app are misplaced on the map or have wrong numbers. So whenever you try to open the app to find the nearest let’s say optician, you will be surprised that the located is actually many kilometers away and even the contact info they put are wrong ..
