Too far kilometres and payment is lower
My route was cancelled!
Problems:
1. 90% routes with less than 17$ per hour.
2. Huge distances (200 km for 90$ and 7hours of work)
3. Waiting 2 weeks for payments
4. They can cancel your route at any time without any messages ( Thats why i write this response)
5. Sometimes you can wait for a pickup near 2 hours!(Thats why im here)
6. You can’t cancel route because than you have paused account for a 2 hours, your rate fall.
7. Problems with gps of app, wrong destination(townhouse for ex.)
That is only part of problems what I remember fast!
Good in this app:
1. Google maps integration in app.
2. Tips from customers inside app
3. No bots for automating pickups
4. Not so busy like Amazon!

Very Bad Pay
Only can say it’s pure robbery. For 150 km route 18$. Seriously guys. ?? Have some shame .
Do better trexity
Make you travel for long distance and does not pay enough money for deliveries
Support and and app is wworst
I tried to get the routes wont show up until 8-9 minutes after the specified time. The notifications are bad . App is garbage. I got assigned routes and I didn’t even know. I said the same thing in my mail to the customer service. After that didn’t even get 1 route. The pay you after 1 week . Slow processing. If your new driver. You’re going to have long way to go pickup your order. They need to change the pay and also the kms driven. Customer service garbage. Fit for nothing. They need to work better timings and and routes and also better routes . For sure .

Can’t get any routes
When I first started with Trexity, routes were offered directly to us and we had a chance to review them. Now, routes come out all at once, available for all couriers, and are all gone in seconds. I have only had one route in the past two weeks. Not worth signing up to be a driver. Sometimes there are only 9 routes and 180 couriers vying for them. Also, any drop after the first one is not worth taking at all. The pay has drastically been lowered and those routes aren’t worth it at all.

Enhance driving distance
Trexity needs to enhance the driving distance, we drivers drive way too long of a distance and that abuses our vehicles.
Trash
While I was doing the 1st route, I accepted the 2nd one. But since I hadn’t finished the first one the system removed the 2nd route blaming me that I declined it and it put me under pause.
