Highly recommended
My wife and I have used this several times. In case you’re apprehensive, you can use audio only, if you prefer. It’s best to create your profile on the app BEFORE you need to see a provider. (It’s not very convenient to do that when you are feeling terrible.) We’ve been very pleased with response time, “bedside manner”, and quality of care. On our last visit, the provider even saw both of us during the same call!

Prescriber Caused a long Delay
What is the point of “on-demand” health care if the prescriber is going to leave one small item unpopulated causing a four-day delay in getting the prescription? I needed eczema cream and just because she did not fill out total daily dosage I have to wait until Wednesday. I even initiated a help ticket through the call-in number.

Super Convenient!! Great!
The provider that answered was extremely nice and I waited no time and was able to FaceTime my provider! They were super professional and didn’t make it awkward at all! I’d highly recommend this to anyone!
Extremely fast
I requested a visit around 3pm while I was at work and was called back within 2 minutes. The provider explained everything in a way I could understand and was very very nice. They sent my prescription right to my pharmacy and I picked it up on my way home. I will definitely use this service again!
Easy and fast
Procrastinated on reordering insulin and went dry one day before the shipment came in. Had a phone call back 10 min after visiting the app and was in the drive through picking it up 30 minutes later. On a Sunday.
Terrible
This app was terrible. I waited a very long time, and then someone from a 1-800 number called me to tell me that I was next in line. An hour and a half later, I decided to go to an urgent care instead because no one ever called me back. This service is free, so I guess you get what you pay for.
