Easy to use but not easy to share
The forms are easy to create but I’m not sure how to share them

I did a form and it worked out amazing unlike the other apps where I was only allowed to do 5 questions on this one I did about 10 and I’m sure you can do more!

How can I do my own form from my iPad!

Yes, you can simply make a sign in sheet, but that’s as far as this app goes. It is very underdeveloped. I made an account on my iPhone and I went to login on my iPad. I would have to make a whole new account. It also does not send out the data from sign in sheet to your email.
This is an app in progress, not ready for prime time
This app is very difficult to configure beyond a VERY simple fill-in-the-blanks form.
What’s missing? Well, for starters, the developer. The HELP always takes you to a chat window that responds with

And, there is no manual in the Help to read.
There is no undo capability. Once you apply a background, if it doesn’t fit correctly you have to delete the page and start over.
Backgrounds do not scale to fit the form. The app crops the background, so you have to massage the height and width outside the app, import it and if it isn’t right, delete the page and repeat the cycle. Specifications for the background image would be very helpful.
No ability to add additional text or a background to the data entry pages. In my case I wanted to add Terms and Conditions below the data entry fields.
The EXPORT FORM doesn’t work. My application requires 3 form filling stations. I built it on one iPad with the intention of uploading the form to the other 2 pads. Export to DropBox doesn’t work. Export via email doesn’t attach the form to the email. Export to Google Drive doesn’t work. The only way I have found works is to wipe the target iPad and load it with a backup image that contains the completed form. Definitely not ideal.
Adjusting the colour of any of the content is a challenge! The colour swatch values are only visible when editing the red component of the RGB value. In my case I needed to set specific RGB values to meet corporate standards. Adjusting the values with the slider was a case of trial an error. It could have been a 10 second operation with a numeric entry field.
One of the parameters you can modify is the vertical size, I’m assuming of the page. The value is strictly numeric. No units. Changing the value also doesn’t appear to do anything.
One plus is that the data field content filtering is really good. Email and phone number fields can be configured to only accept properly formed content. It can’t filter bogus data, but in my case it’s an entry form for a contest. Entering of bogus data which would prevent us from contacting the winner is weird.
Another plus is that the form can automatically restart at the beginning once the data is submitted.
The application has a lot of promise but needs to be finished.

The developer has disappeared - APP DEFECTIVE
This was a great app, we used it in both of our stores to collect client’s information - after it was completed, it was sending automatically an email to our store’s email address.
Then it stopped sending those emails, and for nearly 2 months, I have sent emails to their support email + support function + an email I found for the developper : Wander Bit LLC.
0 answer - so I assume the developer has disappeared but the monthly subscription is still being processed…

How do you cancel?
I never wanted this service. How fo I cancel and get a refund?
This app is almost there…
I would gladly change my review to a 5 star if they simply add search functionality to the responses. All responses are stored by date. The only way to find a response is to manually scroll. So what is you have several thousands forms filled out and need to find a particular one? This is terrible design. How about customer name search? Seems obvious

Misleading
I can create a form but I can’t send it to people. Do they expect me to just give my phone to everyone? Hopefully I’m just wrong and I can’t find it myself. This is ridiculous
