Highly not recommended. We have been there (preston branch) and selected a kitchen with them about 2 months ago. They told us they’ll come to fix it on 15 July. They told us they had to change the gas connection which would cost us an additional £800 on top of our contract. We agreed. My wife booked holidays just for it and they changed the date. We had to struggle but somehow we managed it. Then they said they had to do another survey. After the survey, they told us we have to pay an additional £4000. When we said it's not what you told us and we can’t pay an extra £4000, they said we can’t cancel our contract. The guy (salt) is not ready to talk to us. And the manager keeps saying, he can not say this. We know him for 20 years. Please don't fall for what they say. It's all a bunch of lies. Don’t waste your money.
