Kitchen purchase and fittings

Highly not recommended. We have been there (preston branch) and selected a kitchen with them about 2 months ago. They told us they’ll come to fix it on 15 July. They told us they had to change the gas connection which would cost us an additional £800 on top of our contract. We agreed. My wife booked holidays just for it and they changed the date. We had to struggle but somehow we managed it. Then they said they had to do another survey. After the survey, they told us we have to pay an additional £4000. When we said it's not what you told us and we can’t pay an extra £4000, they said we can’t cancel our contract. The guy (salt) is not ready to talk to us. And the manager keeps saying, he can not say this. We know him for 20 years. Please don't fall for what they say. It's all a bunch of lies. Don’t waste your money.

Great Tool During Kitchen Refurb

I was really impressed with this app. Not complicated and gives you access to all your kitchen details. Clear presentation and easy to navigate. I used the contact function, and received prompt replies. Really well designed and useful. Highly recommend to help you feel connected and supported throughout your renovation.

Perfect WRENovation!

Our WREN Kitchen is perfect, it’s exactly what we wanted for our new home. Great design and style.

We found the app handy to visualise in 3D and share the kitchen once we had designed, so we knew exactly what to expect. It lists a summary of all the components of the kitchen, this is useful to know if parts need replacement. If a replacement is required, you can track the delivery estimations.

We paid for our kitchen in full, but the app allows customers to pay instalments at any point. There is full access to installations if doing yourself or someone else. There are also chances to win prizes if you upload your new kitchen to the Wrenovation section.

Overall, we have had a good experience with Wren Kitchens and would highly recommended to other customers. 5***

Pretty Comprehensive App

I downloaded the app as soon as I placed my kitchen order and it has been my ‘go-to’ for all the information I’ve needed during the journey. As I’m fitting the kitchen myself, the installation videos have been great. It’s also very easy to order replacements if needed. The only criticism I would have is there doesn’t appear to be a way of going back once I open a pdf. All I can do is close the app and start again. Other than that, I’d recommend it.

Wren App

From the moment we stepped into the Hemel showroom we have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone we have dealt with at Wren. Farrukh was our first point of call and he helped us choose the most suitable kitchen for us with ideas and suggestions to help us make the best informed choices. We added the app straight away and so have been able to track our order and use it to keep up to date with proceedings and to order a couple of missing items.
Delivery went smoothly and when a couple of items were missing they were sent straight away and together with the App and customer service made this very straightforward. The quality and price of the units are of a high standard and we are delighted with our new kitchen.

Useful App with some glitches

We downloaded this App when we ordered our new kitchen. It’s been helpful to look at updates and quickly find some documentation as we’ve proceeded through the journey to our kitchen. We have now received and are well into the installation of the kitchen and awaiting the worktops to be fitted. The app has been useful for looking at installation guides and ordering replacement parts with real ease. There are some niggles with dead ends when looking at instructions and having to come completely out of the app when you select the wrong guide as there is no back button. There’s also room for more to be on there such as messaging in relation to deliveries or appointments. Overall it’s been. Wry handy to have. We are still working towards our finished kitchen so I cannot judge it right to the end but happy so far.

Satisfied Customer

We purchased a kitchen from Wren and the designer was superb. We had it installed independently. Delivery was as promised however there were some minor issues with 2 damaged units and some
Small parts missing. Wren did quickly despatch all replacement items and accessories and have been helpful throughout. Install complete we are the proud new owners of a fabulous kitchen. We would happily use again.

Total transformation of Kitchen

We researched a number of companies and decided to purchase a Wren Kitchen. We are really pleased with the customer support from beginning to end. Wren’s App provided a very helpful customer journey of what I needed to expect in the timeline. Simon Innes at Derby branch was excellent with the redesign of my kitchen-top man! One of the cabinet’s did not come with shelves, one call to Wren, had the missing shelves delivered the next day! The photo illustration provided helped to visualise what the new kitchen could look like as their IT software used helps with design and graphics. From purchase to installation has been hastle free and this is not my usual experience with other companies. I’m so glad we decided to go with Wren and believe that Wren are what the say ‘on the tin’. Plus the interest free offer is the ‘icing on the cake’!

Great App

I loved using the app for quick reference and to remind myself of what the kitchen will look like. The other fantastic use of the app is the ability to reorder items after delivery. Inevitably you may have a missing door or damaged panel. The app made this super easy and saved me having to make endless phone calls. I was so impressed with this. Definitely worth downloading the app and aging all your order details in one place.

Completely user friendly

Our kitchen designer did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt engaged at every step of the process. A few items required replacements but it was a quick and seamless process by ordering through the app. The app made replacements items easy to find and they arrived within a few days. My new kitchen is better than I ever dreamed it would be.
