My upgraded version is gone
I purchased the upgraded version a long time ago which allowed me to add new groups as needed. Now when I try to create a new group the app tries to get me to purchase the upgraded version again and when I click on restore purchases it doesn’t restore the purchase. I’ve used the app for some time and have had no reason to write a negative review before but I do now unfortunately.

Just the job
At last a decent contacts app for iPhone. It does everything the iOS app should do but doesn’t: shows the contact’s photo, creates groups (like Google contacts), delete in bulk and shows birthdays in a simple, clear format. Alongside the dev’s contact widget app I at last have the control I want.
Favorites page stopped working
With the IOS16 upgrade I installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, the Favorites page has stopped working. I can select a favorites item and the prompts display at the bottom to use in calling the person or canceling the selection. However, the screen does not react when I select “call” or “cancel”. I basically can’t use this app anymore for making calls to my favorites items.

Lost contacts
Love Contacts XL but I don’t know what’s happened I seem to have lost all and I mean all my individual contacts but my groups are still there. Had this happened since iOS 15.1.1 which I find an absolute nightmare. Please help hope I can’t get them all back
Dissatisfied
I upgraded to the pro so as to send multiple texts. But this is impossible as the text window is over the names and can’t edit. No option but to cancel it’s a real disappointment. Can someone tell me if I’m doing something wrong

Hello, you are writing a review of the old app that is not compatible with iOS 12 and later. Of course, if you use the current app (this one), with the Pro version you will be able to do everything you could do before.

Stopped working in my iPad
Jonathan - I have the pro version; it suddenly stopped working and is asking the developer to update it for the current IOS version. Please advise.

Paid for upgrade. Have used for yrs. all of a sudden you cant send messages to a froup of people which is why i have it. So frustrating. Now think ive wasted all that time putting people in.
Now its as bad as it can be. Awful. Used to be awesome but now pointless. Every time apple does an upfrade it also never keeps up. I think the designer has lost interest entirely and no way to communicate with him.

Help!
I am trying to send a group text message to multiple people at the same time and it won’t work. I have upgraded to the pro version. The text box is overlapping the contacts details and the arrow to send does nothing!
