I just ordered first version and get a pop up I should upgrade to second version which I did. Can I receive refund on first since I did not use? I was not aware it was not latest version. Thanks.

Recreate Smart Groups?
I like this product, and it looks like it will be necessary to upgrade to the latest version now I’m on iOS 13, but do I have to create my Smart Groups all over again? If so, as Queen Victoria said, “I am not amused”...

Yes you will have to do it again, my apologies for that but they are not compatible with the new version.
