Almost perfect
What I think can be improved:
- My number 1 wish is that you could have multiple grocery lists for different stores! This is my biggest complaint and if this app had that it would be perfect!
- it would be nice to modify the categories for groceries, like the ability to add new ones (though there are a great amount of options here already) or rename the current ones. I like some of the category names, they’re cute, but at a glance when you’re new to the app sometimes it’s not clear what they refer to
- I personally don’t care for the icon animations when swapping between pages (cart VS list VS settings). An option to remove flourishes like that would be nice.
Overall though this is an excellent and simple grocery list app!

OMG Tacturn! Thanks so much for the thorough review and thoughtful improvement list. I agree with them all and unless I'm crazy I think I hear the coding monkeys in the back room smashing their keyboards with excitement as well! It seems you might have a time machine - any chance I can take it for a spin? If I could get my code from the future maybe I could give the monkeys some time off, they've been getting cheeky recently. Thanks again, you're a good egg!

Update: we just found out that you can edit the amount or categories. Cool … but I still kinda like the fun we had guessing if something would go in the ‘random crap’ category vs specific one.

OMG! nanc04 thanks for the review! And a fun Pro Tip™: Don't forget you can slide right to change quantity, or slide left to edit the category. You aren't destined to live a life full of random crap, you can do better!

OMG! Ssarahmaxx! Is an unshared list even a list at all?! I'm literally beside myself knowing the app isn't working for you and it is quite a strange experience. I am also very impressed with your generosity giving it 4 stars when it's not working. You're a good person! Ssarahmaxx if you go into the app settings (top left of the screen - where you've been having the troubles), then tap on iCloud sync, then Sync error logs, you will find an "email" link in the top right. Between you using that link, me getting that email, and the little Irish jig I did just now for luck, I should be able to help you fix the problem. Thanks for trying out the app - and please accept my apologies for not letting you share your list. I'd send you a fruitcake but that's just gross. OMG! Brian
