App works as intended but would be handy if support was added for;

Does not allow you to connect

Followed all instructions for wifi and garage door set up and just does not work.
Makes we wonder about the security of this app and product

Please add homekit integration

App works fine, but for a company stating they are "at the forefront of Grage door inovation in Australia" - you need to make your app that too - and adding Apple HomeKit integration is necessary, it just makes sense that this would be able to be operated via Apple CarPlay as well.

No connection

Connection drops out of door isn’t used for a few hours then you have to go use a remote to get it back online real pain to have to deal with that

Needs Siri Integration

App works ok, sometimes drops out and the garage motor needs to be reset. Would be much better if it had Siri integration to enable it to be used while driving etc.

Can’t input details

Going through the setup procedure the app brings me to a screen after I’ve inputted details of my home wifi and the wifi name of the garage door to ask me the home wifi details again.

As I input the details again it cuts me off before I finish giving me a 90 second countdown to connect only to tell me it can’t connect as my wifi details are missing.

Really poorly written app and not worth my time to stuff around with this rubbish. It came with my new Boutique home but the app is so poorly written my recommendation is not to buy this as an add on for anyone thinking this might be worthwhile.

Very slow

I have 1 gigabit internet speed but the application is very slow. It is not for Apple watch. The app cannot be configured, for example, on the side button on the phone.

I have to manually log in every time I use it

So I don’t use it.

Notification

Stop notifications after couple of weeks .

Not working

App is rubbish. Can’t create a new account, keeps asking for a code, won’t accept motor code Dayi g wrong code ( it’s not) - Waste of time.
Called Centurion, told to call Stoddart ( motor people) - they were as helpful as a shark bite!! Called Centurion again given it’s their app and CS rep had no idea. Have to wait for IT to call. Wasted 6 hours for something that’s meant to make life easier.
