The app doesn’t tell us the right information on our bill but always gives in accurate information why can’t it gives us the right amount if you pay the bill then tells us you’ve paid all your debt or this is your credit left or balance to pay but rather rather keep adding to our bill. You can’t get three months previous bills like somewhere last year it would be much better every three or six months you upgrade us of our statements to know what’s going on. Customers using solar still pays crazy bills no staff comes to the house to read the meter the past one year no one has been to read my meter so could you please do something about it for us.Show lessgrays family
