Deleting Announcements
New announcements should be deleted to enable direct access to the bill payment platforms once on the app itself!

The app doesn’t tell us the right information on our bill but always gives in accurate information why can’t it gives us the right amount if you pay the bill then tells us you’ve paid all your debt or this is your credit left or balance to pay but rather rather keep adding to our bill. You can’t get three months previous bills like somewhere last year it would be much better every three or six months you upgrade us of our statements to know what’s going on. Customers using solar still pays crazy bills no staff comes to the house to read the meter the past one year no one has been to read my meter so could you please do something about it for us.

Please ECG this is a good app for us but please kindly see through your app and do this for us I mean the update balance. it keeps the same account balance after when you update

Could be better
I love that I can top up in the comfort of my home. I would easily give this app 5 stars but I can’t get over the fact that the balance is never accurate. I got cut off thinking I had more days before my next recharge. Recharge doesn’t reflect immediately so you need to enter token in the remote manually. Ugh!!! What’s the point

Can be better
This app is only good for top up which doesn’t even give you the correct credit balance. App does not sync.
It shouldn’t matter how many people in the household purchase credit for a specific meter. That meter should sync and reflect the correct credit on anyone who has the app on their device.
This app should automatically reflect credit purchases instead receiving a token and then having to log in token into meter. What is the point in having the app on a mobile device.
ECG fixed this app, it’s seems useless
