A very good start
I have successfully loaded power for my family after power going off in the middle of the night. This is really good and it a matter of time before most people have compatible meters that can be remotely loaded. Kudos to ECG for this wonderful app, GHANA is beginning to work. We need to put in more efforts in the other areas of our development.

Excellent App
I live in Canada and can now check my prepaid metre usage and balance in Ghana. Shhhhhh! No one in the house know I have the access. Now I can cross check their requests for top up.

App not fully functional
Some functionality does not work, example usage data. Paying prepaid however works quite well

Error when purchasing
I have been trying to use this app to buy light for 2 days now and after filling everything and clicking on submit it just rotate and rotate but nothing happens. Try fixing all the error and bugs in the app. If they are solved and works well it will be a nice way to buy light at home.

Doesn’t work.
App stopped working after rebranding from PDS to ECG. Can’t log into account, reset password or create a new account

Good, Make It Better!
I can’t lie I like the fact that I can stay at home and pay my prepaid bills without having to go all the way to town and get it paid not to talk about Sundays when no PDS Vendor Stores are opened. One thing that its left for you to fix is the crushes, I see its gone down a bit but some few bugs are still hidden in there, ie; when you open the app and try to open ‘meters’ you immediately get kicked out and you have to re-login again, secondly under the ‘View detailed usage data’ section you can't access the monthly and yearly panels, once again the app shutdown immediately if you should select either ‘monthly’ or ‘yearly’. If we can't access those panels why are they up there? You guys need to fix that.

Im giving you 3stars if you fix those two errors I’ll change my rating to a better one.

This app is garbage
With the amount of money they re making you can’t even get a token number when you buy credit using the app on iPhone have lost almost 70 GHC when I buy credit using noble money and it won’t show . If I call there support all they say is garbage . If this won’t work for iPhone just remove it and save peoples time .
