I do like the app. I use it a lot. Currently, I have been having an issue with my incoming messages coming in slower than normal. The other issue is with some of the commercials that is in the app…for perfect example: the money making by playing games commercials are really fake. I have tried them out. I never was paid out for playing any of them. They are truly fraudulent commercials. I know this is not your fault but it is something that needs fixed. You will end up losing more money and customers than you would like from those advertisements aka commercials. If you would like I can even point out which of the surveys are fake as well.
