Are you serious?
I’ve had this app for a couple years and in the first half, everything was great. In fact, I would’ve given this app four stars a year ago. I didn’t mind the ads, I barely looked at them. I’m used to getting ads, so why would I mind now? The app was decent. But then the updates started and everything went downhill. Why do we have to pay for everything? Why do we have to pay to get/make a call or a voicemail? I’m not paying for that when I was getting it for free earlier.
Also, ever since I changed my number, I’ve been getting a ton of calls from random people that I don’t know. Sometimes it’s been an actual person, mistaking me for someone else. Other times, it’s just someone who calls, and then when I ask them who they are, they never respond. I honestly don’t know what’s going on, but I’m sure lots of other people had this problem too.
This is just sad because this app used to be super useable and actually good. And then they just had to ruin it with the updates. If this gets to the reviews, I highly advise not to get this app, I hope you’ll be better off with any other one.Show lessHorrible customer support
I have used text now for multiple years now and I had received a message saying my account was flagged for spam activity and so I thought nothing about it and then I submitted an appeal and I got nothing so I waited a few more days and still nothing so I did it again I waited still nothing so I did it again still nothing so I just said okay whatever it’s not a big deal so I created another account I purchased a subscription for a year to lock in my number and not even a few hours later I get the same message and I said there’s no point in submitting an appeal because they still didn’t get back to me about the first 5 I submitted and then I had said okay let’s just try another account maybe it’s me not the app nope same exact thing happened every single time and here I had thought oh well maybe if I lock in my number it won’t do that to me but no it still did the same thing I was recently thinking about getting a service plan with them and I quickly realized that It probably isn’t a very good idea or reliable thing to do I spent at least 20 dollars through this texting service and it just took my money and flagged my account 15 minutes later I was very happy with this app over the last few years but recently I’m not very pleased with how much its been causing so many issues.Show lessDeveloper Response

I was wondering does anyone else have this issue to where I can receive incoming text messages and receive them in my phone notification but when I go to the app that message is not showing up on the main application and also when I go to respond and send the message, I have no verification that I sent anything because non message is shown that it has been sent and I thought my messages were being received from the The person that I’m communicating with and just found out for example , my sister said she has not received any response or reply from me so the messages I would send her is not being sent …? Does anyone have this issue and know how to fix this especially that I paid to lock my number and I also have this number connected with my business and I don’t know how much or how long I’ve been going on with out actually communicating with customer’s or with anyone in general and I’ve probably lost out on business and in private matters due to this issue, does anyone know about this and how to fix this problem asap!
