Crashes seconds after launch on iOS 13 and 14. Briefly sync steps then may stay open to try and change the dial but then says low power which is no true. The watch is fully charged. Fix this NOW

I am in iOS 14 as the iPhones all get updated on the iPhone XR and it crashes after I paired the watch to the app. Software needs to be updated as is 2 months old.
