I just went natural less than a yr ago, Mielle was suggested to me because of my hair. I haven’t turned back. I am so happy that I don’t have to do the trial and error to see what did and didn’t work on my 4c hair. I love these products, now my daughters and son use them

I have been using Mielle products for several years now. I usually wear my hair in it’s natural state, and these products have done wonders for my hair. Even when I wear it straightened, the rice water products keeps my hair hydrated and lovely (no frizz). I love and have started many friends and family using it ❤️

Best and affordable haircare product line
I’ve never been pleased with haircare products until I found Mielle haircare line. After receiving the collection I wasn’t completely sold but wanted to give it one more try so I did a hair density test to see if I could find the right product for my hair texture and the results has been amazing for my dry curly hair texture. In addition to the product is affordable through online ordering.

Very Very Very Slow contact and assistance
I have been using mielle products for two years now. The products are good. However, I placed an order since Nov 27, 2023 and till now I have not received my order. I have tried SEVERALLY to reach out to MIELLE via email and even messaging but every time they keep promising to check back in 24 hours or I don’t receive any response at all. Till date I have not received any response or explanation or any update on the orders. At this point, I’m not even interested in the products again. I would prefer to get back my money.

App doesn’t provide additional benefit over a browser
Website stated there would be a discount for orders made via app. Not true! No discount. To get details on shipping I am expected to download the Shop app. Why can’t this app provide that info?! I ordered product on November 26th and it is Dec 9th and I haven’t received anything. Customer service is no help. IG chat didn’t provide any helpful info. My inbox keeps getting filled with Mielle’s promo emails. Some twice a day but nothing about my order. Had to unsubscribe. This review is for the app and I guess customer service. Only reason I didn’t give just 1 star is because the product is good.

The best hair care I’ve found in a long time
I had cancer and my hair broke off really bad from my treatments I heard someone talking about Mielle so I tried the pomegranate and honey shampoo and conditioner my hair came back it started growing and I got my hair texture back chemotherapy made my hair brittle and I had lost its texture but after using the pomegranate and honey shampoo and conditioner my hair started to grow and my texture came back I love Mielle products the braid spray is the bomb it’s so many more but you have to try Mielle

Amazing Products!!
My favorite product is your honey and pomegranate leave-in conditioner! My daughter and I have 3A-B hair type she this is our go to. It makes our hair soft as well as works like a styling product.
I also like using the Moisture RX Hawaiian Ginger styling gel, perfect hold without stickiness.

My hair loves these products. There hasn’t been a product that I’ve used that I didn’t like. Everything is moisturizing and revives my hair so much!! And my two boys hair loves the products as-well. I deep condition my one of my sons hair to prevent ingrown hairs after I cut his hair. And the oils helps my younger sons scalp that is so dry as he suffers from eczema. We love all of the products !! At this point I don’t shop anywhere else for hair products!!

My daughter and I love everything about Mielle products. We both have natural hair and have tried several products but nothing keeps our hair looking flawless like Mielle products!!!
Not happy
Ok. Not happy that I couldn’t process my sale without having to change address adding a family members address in Cali, in order To receive the product. Why could they not just mail my order direct? And isn’t it great to share your specials with everyone else Living outside of the US? If the product is as good as everyone says then I’ll change my start to 5, however right now I’m simply going by Word of mouth, The minus 2 is for pausing so much inconvenience when it comes to shipping…I don’t even know if it’ll be allowed.
