IT problems?
I went to check out last night, and a screen message popped up that they could not complete the transaction. So I went back check my information tried it again - didn't go through again. I checked my bank account, and there were two pending holds for the amount of my attempted purchase. This morning I called Sally Cust service to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged twice and they said that neither had gone through. That my card had failed a security check. I called my bank and they said there's no indication as to why that would've happened. I called back and there was nothing they could do they can't tell me what happened. The person I spoke with was nice but the lack of ability to resolve a problem was a very frustrating. That's my only form of payment. The same card is on my Apple account and I clicked to go through Apple Pay and it went through just fine. Y'all need to get this figured out now I've got $150 pending on my bank account for items that should have gone through just fine. Pretty crappy app you got there.
