After a mild panic managed to recover from iOS deleted folder.

Hi Gavcour, We are sorry for your problem and we answered to your private mail giving you few tips to fix the issue but you didn’t reply us. We are not experiencing the same problem you mention (and we didn’t receive the same feedback from other users) but first of all you didn’t follow our advice or reply to our question that help us to fix technical problem. As far as we know, your problem should be fixed simply “killing” and re-opening the app but we would like to know more in order to solve the problem for you and other users. Got really excited about this app and upgraded and paid for Pro and now after it’s scanned and transferred all my screenshots, it’s refusing to open! Tried to get in touch with support but there’s nothing in English. Please can support advise? Otherwise it’s a waste of my 5 quid 🙄PsychicCat

We don’t understand what is the problem you notice out but we try to explain step by step: 1- save a screenshot with your iPhone or iPad 2- open Screenshot PRO 3- allow the access to your photo library 4- all your screenshots will be imported in Screenshot PRO 5- you can tag, search and add informations to all your screenshots. You can also export the text contained in the screenshots! Please let us know if it works or write us to the correct mail! To use Screenshot PRO, all you have to do is allow the application to access your photos: in this way your screenshots will be automatically imported and you can choose to tag them (tapping on the "+" at the bottom left when viewing a screenshot), adding notes, exporting the text contained in the screenshot or searching for them using the tags or texts contained in each screenshot.
