Incredible app with promise but on larger collections it now fails to open (crashes before load / white screens) it used to work, now it doesn’t — the update they issued to fix it also didn’t work and kept crashing.Organised

App was working great but the last update broke the entire app. Now it’s just a black screen all the time. Would be nice if they fixed that but not yet

After using the app successfully for a year, the app will not open and keeps crashing. I tried to remove and download again and when clicking open everything crashes. Please help. Thanks!TeenySheeny

I have been very happy with this app thus far, however, when I try to open it shows blank screen. If membership ran out, I was not informed, I have lost all data……helpwrodriguez314

The recent update caused the app to just go to a black screen.
The only option is to wait for an unlikely update to fix the issue, or delete the app and lose a year of saved screenshots.Bandshark

Why doesn’t this app have a icon/hot button that writes over all apps in order to take a screen shot? Or is there no free version.Confused Customer 360
No actions available for search-filtered screenshots??
I have to be missing something, because I can’t believe I can’t perform a search and then an action (delete, for instance). If this is not part of the functionality of this app, wow…what a very limited pony. So disappointing.siouxzieb
