I’ve lost all screenshots going back to September 2020 …
and the screenshots remaining are blank!!!! Would give you no stars if I could. So disappointed and I’ve deleted them all from camera roll!Auntiecindy

I am going through a nightmare of a time trying to fix my life after my identity was stolen, so I’ve NEEDED quick and full features access to my photos, so I’ve been FORCED to pay for this program because I don’t have the time to wait for a refund from apple, I just had to buy it again because I had to switch to a new Apple ID . Why can’t my purchase be attached to a Serial key? Also, I believe it’s totally unfair that my iPhone purchase doesn’t transfer to my ipad. Why should I have to buy the program twice? Seriously uncool. I believe the program is worth the money I paid for it, the FIRST time.
To be clear, if this app switched to a serial key or just as good; an email account login, it would deserve 5 stars. As it stands I’m out $50 because I needed full access and the developer let me down. And I don’t want to hear about how “apple handles all of the returns” because even if apple does decide to refund my money, it’s another mark on my already tumultuous record and I’m likely to be denied a refund in the future.
I believe this is a five star program other than these issues. I’m sorry, but my life is in ruins bc of ID theft right now, so until you make this right for me, and refund 4 of my 5 payments, I will leave my review missing 4 of the 5 stars I initially reviewed it for, and if I am not able to get my money back I will be totally screwed. Identity theft is the most stressful financial situation there is, so much so that $50 is actually a huge blow to my finances, and this particular week has been especially difficult.Show lessLarrySOScary

I’ve been looking for ages for a way to organize my zillions of screenshots and this is it! I can tag if I want but I can also just search the text on the screenshots which is so helpful!Brittanykh
Good but one question
I love this App,one question cant you just screenshot on your iPhone when, your playing a game with someone? Thats imposible, also i have no space to download, apps that i want to download it too tho,
But you can just screenshot your phone without the home button thats all that i gave you 4 starsgood but one ask

Hello, you can take a screenshot whenever you want and it will get saved in the Screenshot app the next time you open it. It's not possible to take a screenshot without the home button, because the app imports the exact same screenshot you take through your phone and that's a default process by Apple. It prompts me if I wanna delete all my files after their backed up, I say yes, and proceeds to always delete all the files BEFORE BACKING UP. but not only the SCREENSHOTS as advertised, no, it goes ahead and throws EVERYTHING in the trash FROM MY ICLOUD. NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO UNLOAD 30,000 VIDEOS/PHOTOS BACK ONTO MY PHONE THAT WERE IN THE CLOUD, and obviously I have no space for that, so I’ve been trying to manage my files to the best of my ability but in the process I just accidentally deleted 450 media files permanently from the trash bin. Whoops. I’ve tried over and over with this app, I really needed to make space already, but this app just messes it up more. I swear this app MAKES NO SENSE OR REASON! Fonctionne très bien
J’aime cette application qui fonctionne très bien. J’utilise la fonction « balise » qui m’aide à classer de façon intelligente mes captures. Suggestion: j’aimerais que le texte dans les photos soit reconnu.Geek111868

you’d think if you pay for a service with one singular feature it would be able to handle the request have restarted the app countless times. It got stuck at 490 about so I force uploaded it or whatever you call it. Restart it gets stuck at 10. Restart stuck at 1. Restart stuck at 2. Really disappointedShow lessI dont sven rate dog

So many screengrabs that I can’t find when I need them…this app reads text so you can capture all those screenshots of PowerPoint slides or random quotes in articles for presentations on your camera roll. Good for LinkedIn job ads that don’t allow you to share/download or copy lengthy job descriptions too.Show lessmadonnad
