Can’t enter UK mobile number
Love Mas y Mas and have their loyalty card. Tried to register for the app but keeps saying mobile phone in wrong format. I only have an English mobile and not a Spanish one! Shame.
Uk number fails
The app won’t accept a UK number whether it starts as +44 or 0044. Therefore cannot use the app.

I have been a card holder for some time and enjoyed many fantastic offers. I have now signed onto the App and have found it very informative and easy to use. An absolute must if you can
NIE format?
Seems to be an issue with accepting the NIE format. Unable to proceed

Just signed up on the app great straight on all done to👍 if you are English all you need to do is translate from Spanish to English before filling out and away you go -hope this helps but again straight forward app 👍👍
Terrible
I tried to register but the form would not accept my English mobile number and the address is very confusing.
I have not been to get a card so won’t be using Masymas again until they bring in a customer friendly registration system
