Needs “dark mode” but decent app
Great app overall!
The only thing I would change about this app, and this is just me nitpicking, is that when you log in how much milk you pumped, the dot you push up the bottle is on the way of the numbers which makes it impossible to match it to where the liquid line is in respect to the markers in the bottle that mark where the oz and ml are… It would make it better if the dot was smaller so you can see where you’re placing the line or non existent.
Thanks for listening!
Great baby tracking app
Good idea, not great execution
The pump itself is great. No complaints there.
The app is glitchy. I’ve found that at least once or twice a day it doesn’t log my pumping session using the SmartPump feature. The session either disappears or the app locks up when you get to review screen before you’re able to log the amount of milk expelled. What’s the point in the SmartPump feature if you have to manually input it anyway?
They’ve definitely got some glitches to work out.
Great pump!
Favorite feature is when you finish pumping, the app asks if you want to set a reminder for the next pump session! I used to sometimes forget to set a reminder for the next session, but since using the Baby 2.0 app it asks if I’d like a reminder at the end of each session! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good pump!
Due for an app update, otherwise nice features
However the last app update seems like a year ago. It is definitely due for an update.
Problems with the app (iOS):
1. If you start a session in the Lansinoh app, then switch to a different app, and then reopen the Lansinoh app from home screen, the session will disappear. Always need to reopen a continuing session from the app manager in order for the session timer to be preserved.
2. Under History tab > Overview Graph, the left side purple column with the times is not to scale at all in the default view and the zoomed in view. When I zoom in on the dots, the time scale should move relative with the dots. Though the relative positions of the dots are ok, the time scale is incorrect.
Improvements suggested:
1. For the Overview Graph it would be nice if we can continuously scroll to see graphs from past weeks in addition to the current option of selecting from a drop down menu. Easier to compare weeks this way.
2. I find it not necessary to have both a mom view and a baby view. Both views should be combined so i can see for example breastfeeding, pumping, bottling, and diaper data at same time (my most used functions).

Makes Tracking Pumping Easy
While I really enjoy the app, there are a few minor quirks. I find it hard to input ounces pumped via the bottle/slider function. The slider is quite touchy, and I find it much easier to input in number form. I have also experienced my pump repeatedly connecting and disconnecting from the app while in use. This can be annoying but there is a simple fix. I simply wait to open the app until I am almost finished with my pump session. All of my data saves without the annoyance.
Overall, this is a very handy app for pumping moms.

Hello Katieas15, thank you for sharing this feedback. We're happy to hear the app works well for you. In order to bypass the bottle/slider when entering in milk, simply tap on the pencil next to the ounces for the left and/or right breast in order to put the accurate amount into the app. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out at app@lansinoh.com. We hope this helps!
I would recommend
I am really liking the pump. I had a Medela for my first 2 and I like the style of this one much better. I also like how they come with attachable bases to ensure no spilt milk when detaching them from me, setting on a surface, then pouring into the storage bags.
It works
Overall I do like the app, but it should not be the make/break between this pump and the non-smart version
Originally loved the app..
Update: I started using my phone timer n and just inpuu I trying the info in the app to keep track. It’s been working fine like that however my app has been down for like a month. I force quit the app, restarted my phone, made sure the app didn’t need an update.. nothing is fixing it. Frustrated that I don’t get to use the apps tracking features or anything anymore. Waste of time now, a whole six months I’ve been using it with all its flaws but I can’t even view my previous stuff or anything anymore. So frustrating. I wanted to see the total time I breastfed & pumped for once my daughter turns 1..
