App continually returns to startup mode. The fingerprint feature is unavailable from time to time, and acts as though it hasn’t ever been established. Last app was better.HLizaC

New App is a major disappointment
Terrible app. We have had nothing but trouble with this new app at Farmers since their update/upgrade last month. Too many things wrong to mention, but it would great if we could even log on without their “retry” message every other time!!flyguy426

Terrible
Will not recognize me. I have been in to get help three times. I have deleted and reinstalled. Nothing helps. I go through secondary security every time. I hate it.$&#%£€
I don’t like the layout
The coloring for the transaction page is not good. Red and black are not very contrasting. The debits should be black and the deposits green. Just my suggestion. Other than that the app is ok, not much different from the previous version.Srdme2017
