A necessary evil.
You have to have phone access in todays day and world but my goodness this app is awful. Incredibly buggy, workbook doesn’t line up with web browser half of the time, and I have to login nearly every time I open the app - and I have to login 3-4 times before it finally recognizes that I’ve logged in.Show lessJRee13

Where do I start?
IF the search page loads whatever you do don’t get out of the app unless you’re done because it won’t load back, the screen just goes blank. Closing the app and reopening does nothing. I can try it 5 times and nothing. Then I wait a few minutes and go back in then sometimes it works. Something’s it takes longer. Sometimes I just give up and Manheim loses a sale. Also clicking “remember my username” at the login screen does nothing of the sort. The app also doesn’t recall your password from your iPhone. I have to go into my passwords each time and scroll down to Manheim and click enter. Every other app will properly lox my password but not this one. There are numerous other problems that these fools seem to never be able to resolve. With the way they rip people off on buy fees you’d think they would at least provide a pleasant shipping experience but nope.Show lessStellaphant

Not Good
This app has been terrible for years. It is extremely slow, glitchy, and hard to navigate. Not to mention vehicles reappear in lists/workbooks after having been removed. Also, when trying to view presale inventory there are pop ups for other sale lists you have to click (taking you to a different page) otherwise they will not go away.Show lessvdubsarahhh
Please give option to switch camera lenses
The scanner is locked on to the main lens which no longer focuses as closely so has issues scanning the codes. Please allow for the wider lens to be useable for scanning!RobertJS32
