  • SLOW as a turtle!

    If you have some time to burn, this is the app for you. If you want to actually buy cars or have functions that work, you need to use a PC. This app has all kinds of new flashy features, but is way too slow to actually get anything done. It doesn’t matter if you’re using 5G, fast Wi-Fi at your house, or which device you use, the app just runs very, very slow.

    A big downgrade from the old app, but thankfully Manheim prevents you from using the old app and discontinued support for it.

    Just like most app developers for big corporations, they need to redesign something that works just fine, for something new and usually doesn’t work as well to prove their worth to the company and stay employed. In this case much, much slower! Thanks a lot…

  • Horrible

    Can’t get run lists easily, can’t get them in order, if you filter the date it gives you 70,000 plus cars? WTH
    New and improved?
    Take a look at Max digital or another format and get this elephant off you platform.
  • Didn’t know it could get worse

    For how much fees and such they charge at the auction you’d think they would develop a good app for their customers. Layout is nicer but it lags and crashes. Can’t login sometimes causing me to miss OVE, etc. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

  • New Manheim program

    If you scan a vin number. It will automatically saves it. But there’s no way to delete the vehicle. Very frustrating I called Manheim technical support. The gentleman that I talked to was of no help.He personally has not even used the app himself. Manheim is a big company. I can’t believe that they would make their dealers get off the other app. And not have reasonable support for the new one. I asked him several questions about the program.I felt like I knew more about it than he did. Our conversation at the end.He took my name and phone number. And told me that he would have his supervisor called me. So far I’ve not heard from them.Go figure

  • Stupidity

    Why on earth they stop their services on their working bug free old app and force us to switch to their disastrous non functional new app.
  • Full of glitches

    It signs you out while you’re in the middle of actively using it, sometimes multiple times....It’s slow if you’re trying to switch between simulcast lanes you miss stuff. It deletes your workbook, fails to send lane alerts (sometimes only giving an option to sign up for lane alerts, which obv I can’t do when I’m already signed up for them), this company makes mountains of money but somehow can’t make a halfway decent app. Also glitchy when paying for vehicles. Says paid, then puts them back in unpaid. An hour or 2 later it will fix it and clear them out but makes it so we can’t take any of the cars out of the gate the same day. This app alone is hot garbage.

  • Improved layout but way Too slow!

    The layout is much improved over the original Manheim app, but the load times are way too slow! It makes the app practically unusable!

    It doesn’t matter if I’m on 5G or my home WiFi with very high speed. I’m also on iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I close all my other background apps, doesn’t make a difference. Doesn’t make a difference if I use my girlfriends phone on different carrier (she has at&t,
    I have Verizon) or iPad. The app is just way too slow, takes 10 minutes to load work book (no exaggeration). Inventory run list takes 10-15 min to load too. Scanning a vin takes 4-5 minutes. Condition reports take forever to load. I don’t think it’s a problem with the server side either, because the Manheim website loads at least 10x faster on the same device (iPhone 12 pro max).

    Again, nice layout but load times are crippling.

    Please address the loading time issue because the layout is nicer on the app vs website when using a mobile device.

  • No notifications.

    I am no longer getting notifications and am unable to turn on notifications as there is no option for the Manheim app. iOS 15 iPhone XS Max
  • Navigation is horrible

    The new app is so horrible to navigate. I thought I would get use to it in time, but have not. The old app was way more user friendly.
