This app allows me to navigate certain bank services while out of branch area. Really has become a very valuable resource. Would recommend.

Very easy to become accustomed to your bank. Thank you to Mackenzie Remhof for all your assistance in helping me getting an account set up.
Remote deposit
The need permission to access the camera could be clearer. It states that one must go to settings. Therefore I spent a full 40 minutes going through my phone settings. In fact I needed to go into the app to allow camera access. That fact would have saved time and frustration

Credit Card Fraud
The credit card you fund Mercury is double billing payments. I’m owed over $2600 from double dipping on payments. It appears since no one from Mercury is taking care of this mistake which was made on their part. This Credit Card is is stealing their own customers money.
Best All Around Bank
This bank has the best online features - especially the mobile deposit for no charge. Also, the personal customer service is top notch! Would highly recommend!
Tried to deposit a check and keep getting RDC error
I tried to deposit a $100 check into my account and keep getting an RDC error. Why?

Needs to work with CC only users
I am unable to log into the bank since I only have a credit card account. On the website, you can select what part of the bank you want to log into. Need to set up that selection during login.
