Great program
I am a widow who struggles with depression and high blood pressure. Cooking for one is a challenge and going to the grocery store even more of a challenge. Before RX Diet, my nutrition was seriously compromised—and my health was failing. This program has started me on a better path to healthy living. I’ve even started an exercise program!
If the goal of insurance is health maintence and enhancement rather than curing the diseases of old age, then RX Diet is key. It probably is less costly in the long run.
I am exceedingly grateful for the six months of RX Diet support and hope fervently that I can continue the good habits of eating well that this program has inspired.

RX Diet
A great support meal program offered from United Health Care Insurance for people with high blood pressure.
Each week you select one of three weekly recipes and the food items are delivered to your home. You pick the day and time for delivery each week. Unfortunately sometimes there is a problem, just call and the support team is there to fix it. I have called and my concerns were resolved with the utmost of importance.

Interesting recipe choices
I am a southerner and I’m unsure of some of the items I am being offered, but I’m trying them . So far I haven’t enjoyed tahini, corn tortillas , or ground turkey.Traveling back to the 1920’s
