Ordering using this app you have to be within a 10 km radius or whatever location they set even if you live in Chalala or Ibex if you are out of this location you cannot use the app to order anything and when you actually get the app to work it says the Restaurant which is clearly on their menu Does not deliver through the app! do not download!!!

To begin with your riders always come an an hour plus late even when the distance is short.
On a number of occasions, they haven't given me my change.
Now when it comes to refunding me after you fail to deliver your services, I have to beg and call a hundred times. Why must I be the one to remind you that you owe me money?
At this point I wouldn't even ask you to do better but to agut this app down cause clearly you have failed to deliver.

Delivery of food
Always say that it’s full. I have never been able to order food from this app

Terrible service, late delivery and won’t let you delete your details from the app.
Great service and quick delivery
Tigmoo is the only delivery app I use now due to their excellent customer service. McDavid always makes sure my meal gets to me asap. Thank you!

Out of area and certain items restaurants dont list
i stay out of area where most restaurants cater to so its cumbersome to have to put a wrong address close by only to have to explain that to delivery drivers each time, also some restaurants dont add everything they sell so its frustrating to have to explain to someone in charge to order something not showing on their lists. Other than that its good, some drivers use the gps well and dont ask for directions whilst with others its touch and go

Wrong order
Poor customer care service. Communication from restaurants dreadful. Order is always wrong. I ordered and they brought something completely different
