  • App does not connect

    My GMR Jacquard chip would not sync to the app having tried several times. The same message kept coming up saying my phone was not connected to internet, even though it was on both mobile data and WiFi and there were no apparent connection issues.

    I tried several times before deleting and re-downloading the app, now only to be stuck on the “Stronger Foot” page in the setup, which will not allow me to progress past this saying “Updating failed - an error occurred while updating the stronger foot”.

    I have contacted the Adidas GMR email address and have received no response at all. Very disappointed from such a big brand like Adidas.

  • Cannot pair up

    Since 31dec, When I sync the GMR it says my phone not connect to internet which is not correct. I then uninstall the app and reinstall, it fail to pair up. I have 5 friends in the league that have same issue.
  • Good but won’t connect

    I’ve tried connecting my tag and it will pie but once I get to the final step of setting up my dominant foot which is my right it says update error. Can figure this out. Can someone help me?

  • Not syncing

    So I got the GMR tag for my birthday and I’ve tried for two days trying to get it to connect to my phone but I can never get past the part where it asks for your strong foot naturally being left footed I clicked on the left clear and pressed done but it keeps on saying failed to update stronger foot and I can’t finish the syncing I’ve tried 3 factory resets and have delegated the app multiple times and have emailed the adidas GMR team and I haven’t gotten a respond I want this product to work so please respond if you have a fix.

  • There is an error when I try to set up my strong foot.

    Everything was fine until I was told to set my strong foot for the profile. It gave me an error message which said “Updating Failed. An error occurred while updating the strong foot.” And I couldn’t proceed with using the product.
  • It says that There is a problem when I choose which foot I play with

    When do the thing to tell which foot you shoot with, it says that there is a failure to update.
  • Still can’t set up due to app issues

    So we can pair the tag with the app but cannot set up because the app keeps failing at selection of stronger foot. Have been fighting issues with tag/app since Christmas. Regretting this purchase BIG TIME
  • Stronger Foot Error

    Once I put in all of my information and went to the next thing about stronger foot. And whenever I selected the right foot and would say “Updating Falied” and then it would say “An error occurred while updating the stronger foot.”
  • Error when signing in

    The app was working fine till of late it wouldn’t update the stats and now when selecting my stronger foot there is an error and now can’t log in

  • PLEASE FIX

    The syncing is crazy. First month it was fine but these weeks it’s saying internet issue and it won’t sync. I’ve deleted it and got it again and it works after but today it didn’t work again. PLEASE FIX THIS inconsistency.
